Shipping Coverage
We currently ship within the United States only. Orders placed from outside the U.S. will not be processed at this time.
All orders are shipped through trusted U.S. carriers such as USPS and UPS to ensure prompt, traceable delivery to your doorstep.

All shipping charges are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are calculated at checkout.
Order Cut-Off Times (Eastern Time - ET)
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

Orders placed before 4:00 PM ET will be processed the same business day

Orders placed after the cut-off time, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Please note: Deliveries may be delayed due to weather conditions, carrier issues, or peak shipping seasons. We will do our best to keep you updated in such cases.
Tracking and Delivery Updates
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the status of your delivery in real time via the carrier’s website.
If you do not receive a tracking email within 48 hours of placing your order (excluding weekends), please contact us at info@soreina.shop.
Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Shipments

Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, contact us and we will coordinate with the carrier to investigate the issue. If the carrier confirms the loss, we will offer a replacement or refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item(s). We will promptly send a replacement or issue a refund.

Incorrect Address Provided: If your order is returned due to an invalid or incomplete address, we will contact you to obtain the correct information. A new shipping charge may apply.
Shipping Tax and Sales Tax
At this time, Soreina does not collect sales tax at checkout. Our listed product prices and shipping fees do not include any state or local sales tax.
It is the customer's responsibility to report and pay any required sales or use tax in their respective states if applicable. In certain states, shipping charges may be subject to tax as well.
